Day 7

Today was busy and I tired quickly.  I did get my exercise in, a banana smoothie for breakfast, sandwich, cup of veggie soup and an apple for lunch, and then I went and splurged on 2 slices of pizza.  I drank all my water today, but probably went over my calorie count for today. Tomorrow is a new day and better eating is ahead.
