Day 7

Today was busy and I tired quickly.  I did get my exercise in, a banana smoothie for breakfast, sandwich, cup of veggie soup and an apple for lunch, and then I went and splurged on 2 slices of pizza.  I drank all my water today, but probably went over my calorie count for today. Tomorrow is a new day and better eating is ahead.

Day 6

I weighed 290.2 therefore loss 4 pounds and proud. Today was a good day for exercise of walking outside, in the mall and helping my Mother to put up Christmas lights.  I got an early gift of a Magic Bullet to mix my smoothies, and I am very excited.

Food today was interesting, I splurged with 3 eggs for breakfast, 2 beef & bean burritos for lunch, but baked fish for dinner.  Lots of water still.

I am tired now and on my way to sleep, but wanted to share my day with you, even though I was not able to upload a video.
